Content you post (listings, requests, reviews, profiles) is considered public information. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, or distribute content for operating or promoting the platform. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the legal right to share it.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to post or transmit content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, misleading, or infringing on others’ rights, harmful to the platform or other users, or containing viruses/malware. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All marketplace content is provided by users. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of posts. UsedPartsGenie LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from user transactions or content. Our total liability will not exceed $100.

8. Legal Cooperation

If a user violates these Terms or engages in illegal activity, UsedPartsGenie LLC may investigate, cooperate with law enforcement or authorities, and pursue legal action. Users remain responsible for any charges or obligations incurred prior to account termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New Jersey law. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts serving Andover, New Jersey 07821.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
